Core Return Notice

Thank you for your purchase. If you are within the lower 48 states, your turbo purchase will include a free prepaid core return label.

Your turbo purchase comes with a core return value up to the listed amount. Please include this completed slip when returning your core. A free prepaid return label is provided for your convenience. Cores may be shipped in original packaging. Cores must be returned within 30 days from time of delivery. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your core return to be processed.

Important Note: Core values are based on salvageable condition post inspection. Final values may vary. Cores may be eligible for full, partial, or zero credit under the discretion of engineering analysis by Turbo Time USA. Cores that are returned become the property of Turbo Time USA. Under Turbo Time USA discretion, cores that do not qualify for refund credits may be returned to the customer upon notified request. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer along with a service fee up to $100 required for reassembly and packing.
