Stage 2 HXR / 2007.5-2018

Really happy with the quality and performance of the turbo. I shopped around for awhile before I decided to go with turbo time performance and I’m glad I did. My truck has 200k of it, with this new turbo it’s a whole new truck. Definitely recommend this turbo to friends and families. If you shop around other companies won’t stand behind DIY people also the price.

Turbo is amazing. Have about 500 miles on it and is able to push a bit more boost and able to keep up with the injectors so I'm no longer air limited. The only reason I put 4 stars is because it should have came with an actuator gasket when shipped but after a email they were able to source me one and sent it. All I had to do is pay shipping. Other than that, it has been a great experience and a great turbo. Thank you

Went in well and looks like quality work. Would have given 5 stars if I was able to even try it. Didn't come with the actuator gaskets and I'm having a hard time finding them that I don't have to get a whole kit for. I have a Cummins engine shop nearby and unfortunately they have to come in a whole kit for $368. Hard pill to swallow for 2 $5 gaskets. Should have been sent with the turbo and all the other gaskets and seals. Hopefully I can get it going in the next week and update this review.

Great updgraded unit. Fit and finish was notable, along with the communication and customer support along the way. I have about 1k miles and no issues so far.

I have a fully deleted 2012 6.7 Cummins Still had oem turbo and it finally went out . Gotta a stage two and wow what a huge difference. Faster take off and exhaust break is amazing. Ps. Used a eBay actuator. . It preformed horribly. I put the stock actuator back on and got all my power back. Replace your turbo sensor before you reinstall the new one . With one from dodge or a well named brand.

Love the turbo even though the bearings went out of it, I called Mike told him the what happened & he told me what to do, so they are taking care of it & will have me another turbo out ASAP…very good customer service, Jenna is great & the turbo got lots of compliments from everyone the way it sounded when it was at idle, look forward to getting the other one on

Well, I am very pleased with your stage 2 turbo. I paired it with an actuator from City Diesel and they work great together. This turbo works great! Very happy with its performance. I feel that this turbo creates more power at lower rpms which makes truck run easier. The other thing i noticed is the gain on miles per gallon. I pulled my lightest trailer on a 1800 mile trip as a test run and returned home very pleased. I would suggest “turbo time usa” to anybody good quality and great customer service!

Spools way quicker and boosts higher while keeping my egts under a 1000 while running hard. Exhaust brake kicks on even at lower speeds. There's no calibrating or relearning process either. Bolt on and you have more power, better exhaust braking, and better mpg if your out of the throttle

My stock turbo was still good. I wanted better sounds and lower EGTs with a new actuator. Wow, this puppy is it. At 48 years old I didn't want a loud obnoxious sound just mellow. I married this turbo with a steed speed mani and a 4 inch flo-pro exhaust with muffler. Sounds great, EGTs at 65mph in 6th gear with a 68rfe was 700 degrees cruising. I couldn't ask for better performance so far in 1 week of driving it. I have 0 CEL codes and from stock 58x60 to this 64.9 x 65 is a perfect fit. Happy so far, impressed with the quality. When you see me coming move to the right lane lol.

Perfect fit! Ordered the Tow Max 2 for my 2013 2500. Stock turbo vanes were starting to stick and was throwing an actuator code. Turbo arrived quickly and installed perfectly. Actuator came programed from Turbo Time, no scan tool needed to align actuator. Performance is as advertised, quicker spool and I am seeing lower EGT's than factory turbo. Customer service was very friendly and great with answering my questions.

Great product Install stage 2 tow max in my 15 2500 Ram and with the tuner on stock the truck is still unbelievable. No spoolup delay and low end torque is great.

Provided lots of info over the phone without having to be transferred to different people to answer different questions. Mike in sales knows his stuff. They got it shipped up to me in 3 days without any extra cost for the short notice and I was able to get on the road on time. Turbo provided noticeable power increases without tuning or deletes. Upon returning to Georgia, I installed my tuner and performed a full delete. After tuning, the power increase was phenomenal. (I used the RaceMe Ultra tuner.) The truck has way more power than needed for street use, but the best gains were in towing my camper from Georgia to Nevada. There were a number of occasions where my truck would normally downshift to keep my 28,000 lbs. maintaining speed with the OEM turbo, but with all the mods the truck pushed right along without needing I downshift. So far, I’ve averaged a gain of 2-3 mpg while towing. I’ve yet to do significant travel unladen to calculate my unladen mpg but I expect similar results. Fast core charge reimbursement. Couldn't be happier with this product!

Unlike most places, the person answering the phone is the person who knows all of the answers. Happened to be near Indianapolis before I bought this turbo and stopped into a competitor who's name is also a fabric and they name their turbos after cats. Guy at the front counter was nothing more than a farm boy that I wouldn't trust changing implements on a tractor, didn't have answers, didn't know what he was talking about, people he brought in to help were no better. Stage two power tow turbo keeps EGTs below 1200° in 117° Arizona heat at 35-40 lbs boost towing 12k lbs on long steep grades with a tune that is around 120 additional horsepower. Never had to let up due to EGTs, had to let up due to engine temp. Spool up is slightly slower than the stock turbo, with proper tuning you can't tell much difference. Slight increase in low frequency drone over stock turbo, no real increase in turbo whistle with windows up, but noticeable with windows down. Increase of around 2 GPM on same tune. Boosted launch reduction by 0.8 seconds 0-60 time with exact same tune as factory turbo. Overall very satisfied with this tow/performance turbo and experience with Turbo Time.
